The Acidni Solar channel for Roku turns any television into a live solar display. Pair it once with a code from your account and it renders whichever widgets you have configured — no browser, no cast, no computer left running.

• Pair with a short auth code from Display Dashboards → Roku TV. The TV stores its own device token, so you only type once.
• Every widget on your dashboard has its own endpoint, so tiles refresh independently and one slow widget cannot blank the screen.
• Press OK on any tile for a history chart over 6 hours, a day, 3 days, or a week.
• On-TV settings for refresh rate and for holding off the screensaver on a wall display.
• Times render in the timezone of the inverter being displayed, not the timezone of the TV.

Per-channel sparklines and a tidier navigation

The main dashboard picked up inline history on each metric, so you can see where a number has been without opening a chart.

Sign up with an email address — no Microsoft account required

Creating an account used to mean signing in with Microsoft. It now takes an email address and a password, with a 30-day trial that converts to a monthly or yearly plan through Stripe.

Historical analytics API and richer chart data

New endpoints expose the underlying series that the charts draw, including per-array and per-power-leg detail.

Energy totals now come from the inverter itself

Daily energy figures were previously integrated from instantaneous power readings, which accumulates error across a day. The portal now reads the inverter's own cumulative counters, so the portal and the EG4 app agree.

Connect your solar data to Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot

The MCP server lets an AI assistant query your live and historical solar data in plain language. Each user gets their own key, so it is genuinely multi-tenant rather than a shared credential.

Multi-year history backfill

New accounts no longer start with an empty chart. The portal backfills daily totals from EG4's monthly data, so your history is there from day one.

A large release covering smart-device control and the commercial side of the platform.
